Tana Ramsay has revealed that she promised to bear a fifth child for her husband Gordon Ramsay, if she makes the Dancing On Ice final this year.

Speaking at the show’s press launch today Tana said: “Apparently I said I’d have a fifth baby if I got to the final. It must have been over Christmas when I’d had lots of mulled wine or something. Can you imagine?”

She also revealed that she didn’t want to eat any of Gordon’s fancy food after her training sessions. She laughed:

“Do you know? All I want to eat when I get back and I’m freezing cold are things like beans on toast and jacket potatoes, sausage and mash, comfort food. All I want is a hot bath and a nice hot dinner.”

Tana also admitted that she doesn’t intend to follow in Emily Atack’s footsteps and bare all on the show.

She said: “The first costume I tried on had a diamond shape cut-out, and I said, ‘I don’t do cut-outs.’ I have four kids and my 12-year-old would be mortified if I went on the ice with bits cut out.

“As for Gordon, I think he just thinks I’ve got to get on with it, I’ve got to be dignified though.”
