Chris and Wes win Got To Dance 2011!
Chris Donnelly and Wesley Clack danced their way to victory on Got To Dance last night.
The street dance duo wowed the judges – Kimberley Wyatt, Ashley Banjo and Adam Garcia – and the public and scooped the show’s £250,000 prize, seeing off competition from fellow finalists Alleviate, Dance Dynamix, Lauren, Razzle Dazzle, Trinity Warriors, Turbo and Two’s Company.
They performed two mash-up routines to Billie Jean by Michael Jackson, Like I Love You by Justin Timberlake, Ante Up by Busta Rhymes and Mysterious Girl by Peter Andre on the Sky 1 extravaganza and after their routines, former Britain’s Got Talent winner Ashley enthused:
“I knew you guys were special from the moment I saw you. Your dancing and personality is amazing.
“I am always going to be a massive fan, you are the most unique act we have ever seen on Got To Dance.”
Chris said: “Words cannot describe how amazing this feels; we never thought this would happen to us.”
Ashley also performed on the live Tv show, with his own dance troupe Diversity.

Fantastic, fictional and fun footwork. Worthy winners and I look forward to them opening the Olympic Games in London 2012. Britain definitely does have talent!

I was in the audience with my daughter last night and it was obvious you were going to win you were just in a different class to the other dancers, the only one who came slightly close was Alleviate but you could tell by the response from both audience and judges there was only one winner – you were both a m a z i n g.
