Alison Crawford And Vicky Hoyles Say Grease Is The Word Is Fixed!

Grease Is The WordThe two girls voted off Saturday nights Grease Is The Word have spoken to the press today to state that they believe the show has been fixed from day one.

Shocked Alison said: “I think the judges have had an agenda from day one. They’ve known all along who they wanted for the parts regardless of how anyone else performed. All the contestants know it - it’s so obvious.

“I didn’t expect them to get rid of me like that. I wanted…a fair decision. That didn’t happen.”

Alison also told The Daily Mirror newspaper that she believes the judges are tryoing to kmake sure that Susan McFadden and Danny Bayne win the show.

Furious Vicky said: “I know it’s down to the public now, but the judges will definitely try and influence the vote so Susan and Danny B win.

Alison added: ” None of the judges ever came down to our acting classes. We’ve been doing the show for months but David Ian doesn’t even know me.

“Maybe they want someone they can control more.”

An ITV spokeswoman said: “The judges don’t have any say in Saturday’s final. It’s down to a public vote and the public alone will choose their favourite Danny and Sandy.

“Paul Nicholas has worked closely with the girls and has reported back to the panel thoroughly so the judges are very aware of each contestant’s singing, acting and dancing abilities.”

I agree with the comments by Alison & Vicky on the blog. It has been so obvious all the way through that the judges have decided who they want. Saturday they were quite blatant in their comments as who they had decided they wanted for Sandy, this is unfluencing the public. Lets be honest after all the phone scams lately how can we be sure the public are deciding. David Ian is investing millions in this, a little bit extra spent on voting to get who he wants is nothing. They have made their choice Danny and Susan, I know I would not pay for tickets to see them. Its also unfair for those that have been in this competition as it has been manipulated all along to get who they want, they may have just gone to stage schools.

Alison is someone who thinks she’s more talented than she actually is. On the semi-final night she was by far the worst performer. She was flat on nearly every note she tried to sing. She has zero class, and was rightly removed by the judges. Her pathetic rant would no doubt have left the panel feeling relieved that they had just made the best decision of the series. As for Vicki-well I’m a little surprised that she’s jumped on the ‘it’s a fix’ wagon. She’s got a lot of talent and will work heaps. Sandy just ain’t the role for her. Probably not for the stunning Michelle either. Now this is one girl who can melt any guy with one look. Superb actor, better dancer and CAN sing. Ok, maybe not the strongest but still really good. Susan is probably gonna get Sandy. And let’s face it-she has dot all three disciplines down perfectly. On Saturday she was by far the best vocally and has the perfect look. She is soooooo modest with such great talent that you can’t help but like her. And yeah my money’s on Danny getting Danny. Why? Because they are the best 2 for the roles on offer. Simple. The judges know it and the public know it. They look great together too. Remember, didn’t the judges pair these two right at the start? Maybe, just maybe they do know a thing or two afterall. As for the awful Alson? Well, that little tantrum may have just cost her any chance of ever working in the West End. Unlike stuttering Danny, she can’t sing a note and all the top shows are mainly all sung-thru. He will work and work and work cos he has something she can’t even buy-CLASS.

I would agree that it is looking increasingly like the show is fixed. The judges appear to have already decided it’s to be Danny and Susan. Alison was as they admitted a good all rounder, acting, singing, dancing equally well; maybe her vocal wasn’t the strongest but neither were Susan’s acting and dancing. Taking out Alison eliminated Susan’s strongest competition. Vicky again isn’t the best acting but her voice towers over Susan’s, even with a sore throat; Michelle may be the Spice Girls what Vicky is to Celine Dion; Vicky’s voice stands alone, whereas Michelle needs to propped up back backing singers. Take out the strongest competition for Susan and she gets a landslide victory as Michelle isn’t really in the running. Whatever the judges say about the competition being about acting, the votes from the public are cast on whether they like the singer and the song. Susan attractive enough though she is is not anywhere near slim and sexy enough for the end scene; or maybe it’s in case Greased lightening gets a puncture, Susan will always have a spare tyre

Well just a case of bad losers.I was a fan of Alisons upuntilthis Saturday. Her stand alone performance was poor and I was amazed at her outbursts.I agree she will not work in the West End after her comments and attitude.I had expected Vicky to go as her Acting was no way near strong enough but she comes accross as a nice girl(needs to stay clear of Alison)
I thought Susan and Michele were the best two contestants from the beginning.
As for the boys David Ian has made it plain he dislikes Anthony/Kavana so how is this a fix Danny is superior by far Anthony can;t act or dance!!
Yes I agree Danny and Susan are all my friends favourites.

Nice attempt at spin, ITV, but I’m not buying what you’re selling. David Ian has millions invested in the show, but he’s content to let Paul Nicholas “report back?” Alison should have at least been able to face the public vote. Instead, the rules are manipulated by David Ian yet again so he can get his desired result. Bravo, Alison & Vicky for telling it like it is. Thank goodness someone finally derailed this train wreck of a show. I just hope this doesn’t hurt Alison’s career. I, for one, love her feisty attitude. Good luck to you.

Myself and everyone I know agrees with the ‘fix’ stroy. Kav was my no 1 choice from day one, he has all the attributes Danny Zuko is about. He has the cheeky charm, the exceptional good looks, the public appeal but most importantly he has his own style unlike Danny B who appears to have been genetically grown by David ‘Its my show and I’ll have who I want’ Mr Gest was obviously rooting for Kav but we all know there was only one opinion that mattered in the end. As for winning the ‘public vote’ Susan was everyones favourite but as for Danny B - well if you watch the skies tonight you may very well see pigs flying overhead.

Towards the final shows for the guys I could not believe how much David Ian at every opportunity displayed that he did not like Anthony. His comments on average towards Anthony were always very negative. I truly believe that the final was a fix as David Ian with his money had made up his mind who was playing Danny and at every opportunity kept saying to Danny B “I hope the public vote for you”. With all the latest phone scams how can we be sure that the public decided? David Ian got what he wanted just can’t understand why he wanted the public to vote and waste their money?! Anthony wherever you go & whatever you do I truly believe you were the star. Your star will rise again and be even brighter!
