The Judges took the decision to pair Michael and Vicky together for the live shows because they felt that they have a very real chemistry together and looked great as a couple.

No stranger to the stage, 24-year-old Michael Quinn has worked on numerous shows including a tour of Joesph, Jailhouse Rock and Beauty and the Beast.

Currently living with his girlfriend of two years in Lewisham, Michael admits he is a massive John Travolta fan but is worried what the judges will say on the show.

“David Gest told me to lose some weight and tone up. I don’t think I look overweight. Shane Ritchie and Craig McLachlan played Danny and they look like proper men,” says Michael.

Partnering up with Michael is Vicky Hoyles, 22, a beauty therapist from Melton Mowbray who went to the Grease auditions with her fiancé Ben.

Although Ben didn’t make it to the live shows, Vicky feels she has what it takes to be Sandy.

“I can come across as a sweet and innocent girl and then transform into a sexy feisty woman,” says Vicky.

“It would be amazing to get this role. It’s everyone’s dream and we’re all fighting for the same part. I think we all want it so badly,” she adds.
