The Story So Far…

* Vicky came to the audition alongside her fiancé Benjamin Jardine.

* The judges commented that “She has a pretty good Sandy look….It’s nice to see a dark haired Sandy.” But they thought that her dancing was “a little “stiff”.

* Vicky was put through to the next day of Bootcamp but her fiancé was sent home.

* Sinitta was really concerned about Vicky’s acting and said “She couldn’t act to save her life”

* On the last day of Bootcamp the judges commented on how powerful Vicky’s voice was. The Judging panel were spilt down the middle on whether they still liked her.

History

* Vicky lives at home with her mum and dad in Melton Mowbray.

* She has been with her fiancé Benjamin for 18 months. They met performing on a charity show.

* Vicky is currently studying as a beauty therapist at College.

* Vicky is in a duo called ‘Breeze’ and they perform at pubs, clubs and parties. She also sings in shows and panto’s.

* Vicky has attended Trevonne Stage School for 16 years and is confident in acting, ballet, tap and modern.

* Vicky played ‘Sandy’ in a school production of Grease.

Have you had any theatrical training?

“I have danced for Trevonne stage School since I was 6 years old and at 16 got my first lead role as Cinderella. Although I also did play Sandy in a production of Grease at High School.”

What makes you think you can be Sandy?

“I think I could be the next Sandy because I can come across as a sweet and innocent girl and then transform into a sexy feisty woman. It would be amazing to get this role. It’s everyone’s dream and we’re all fighting for the same part. I think we all want it so badly.”

How do you think you would handle fame?

“I think I would enjoy fame. It would get tough at times but it would be worth it. The first thing I would buy if I won would be a big bunch of flowers for my mum to say thank you.”

What do you think of the judges?

“The judges have been very friendly and complimentary to me. They are professional though and that can be scary. They say I have a big voice!”
