Diners beware! Hell’s Kitchen chefs will be required to flambe for the first time ever on this years series, watch out those with bushy eyebrows!

Two chefs named the worst by Marco Pierre White will be made waiters and will have to set the desserts on fire.

An ITV source said that show bosses will have fire extinguishers on standby in case of accidents.

“If you’re in Marco’s bad books you’ll be in charge of the sweets trolley or cheese board,” the insider said.

“If they flambé the desserts well, they could be saved. But if someone loses an eyebrow, they’ll be for the chop.”

Another tricky dish that is going to be tackled will be steak tartare, which is made with raw beef.

“It will test celebs to the limit,” the insider added. “Making steak tartare takes a really experienced chef. Anyone ordering it is very brave.

“There’s a lot of delicate meat cuts, and fish dishes too. Marco won’t let anything leave the kitchen that isn’t perfect.”

The series begins on ITV1 on Monday at 9pm.
