I appreciate that meat can be tough if cooked too much but I could not eat meat if it was bloody or was pink in the middle it is a personal choice. I think a chef however famous should treat customers with respect they are paying for a service and should not be looked down on as Jonathon was. I have now stopped watching the show as I was so disgusted, perhaps the staff could benefit from some training in customer services?
