The fourth sizzling series of Hell’s Kitchen USA is back tonight and sees fifteen wannabe restaurateurs vying for Ramsay’s attention in the hope of winning the ultimate culinary prize – a one-year contract as Senior Sous Chef at Ramsay’s new restaurant, Gordon Ramsay at the London West Hollywood with a $250,000 salary.

The multi-Michelin Star chef, demands absolute perfection from the Stateside, frazzled chefs and piles on the pressure in his hellishly intense culinary boot camp. The kitchen is hotter than ever and with more contestants and more dinner services, the fireworks are sure to fly when Gordon’s sharp-tongue and fiery temper are added to the mix.

Each week Ramsay will grill the ambitious hopefuls as they attempt to prove that they have what it takes to run their own restaurant. Those who don’t make the cut by exposing their inexperience will be sliced from the running.

Hell’s Kitchen USA has been the making of previous winner’s culinary careers. Season three’s Rock Harper won the coveted title of Head Chef of a new fine Italian restaurant at the Green Valley Ranch Resort and Spa in Las Vegas.
