Biography of Jenny Frost

Jennifer Frost was born on February 22, 1978, in Liverpool. But was raised in Manchester with her sister Shelley.

While at school Jenny embarked upon a modelling career and when she graduated she landed her first show biz job as host of ‘The BBC Holiday Programme’.

In 1998 she set up a girl band named ‘Precious’ with Sophie McDonnell, Kalli Clark-Sternberg, Anya Lahiri, and Louise Rose. Precious hit the charts and enjoyed a few years of success before their decline, and it was in 2001 that Jenny moved to replace Kerry Katona in the more popular group ‘Atomic Kitten’.

Since Atomic Kitten split in 2004 Jenny has secured a recording contract and is now in the process of launching a hopefully successful solo career.

You haven’t mentioned the only reason that anyone knows anything about Precious; Eurovision 1999, where they came 12th in Jerusalem. That position seemed quite miserable at the time for a UK entry, but in retrospect…

Jenny’s first solo single failed to make the top 40, so her career can’t yet be called successful!
