Biography of Sid Owen

Sid Owen first made an impression on us as Ricky Butcher in Eastenders in 1988. He left the show in 2000, returned in 2002 and was written out in 2003.

Sid tried his hand at pop music, but failed miserably! His other interests include football and he has played in several celebrity matches. He supports Arsenal. He also took on Ben Fogle last year in a celebrity boxing match to raise money for Sport Relief.
