Nicola McLean spoke with Esther Rantzen on a subject that is very close to her chest – her famous boobs. ‘I can’t sleep on my front. And I can’t sunbathe on my front’ she revealed.

‘I’ve always wanted to do it (get a breast enlargement) probably because I’ve modelled in that industry too long. I always wanted big boobs. But I had quite big boobs before I got them done. I had a ‘C’ cup which isn’t that small but then I wanted really massive ones. I wanted them bigger than this but they couldn’t fit the bags in so this is my second boob job so I’ll go for my third and stop then.

She continued. ‘I was desperate to go bigger. After my next baby I’ll have another. You can breast feed but I chose not to. I just thought it would be nice for us (her husband Tommy) to take it in turns with our night feeds. It’s the only bad thing I did as a mum not to breast feed. I don’t really get that whole breast feeding thing personally. Rocky’ (her son) has never been ill and is massive. You have to go with your instinct. Whatever makes you happy.’

However, Carly was surprised that Nicola’s husband Tommy helped her with night feeds. She said ‘I just led to the belief that when me and Joe spoke about kids he says I won’t be able to get up in the night to do things so I’m shocked.’

But Nicola replied ‘Yeah but on their days off they want to. Tom wouldn’t do anything when he has training the next day but if he’s got his day off, he was the first to help.’
