I’m A Celebrity Bush Tucker Trial: Shooting Gallery
Jan informed the other celebrities that for the Bushtucker Trial ‘Shooting Gallery’, three boys had to put themselves forward and she demanded that Dean should get a break.
Going jungle mad, the self entitled Three Amigo’s (Jason, Matt and David) headed off to the trial area with Matt and Jason taunting David by wobbling the rope bridge to scare him, with accompanying cries of camp catchphrase: “Holy Foccacia.
Their task was to slide down a 40ft water slide towards a river at the bottom. With a dart in hand, they needed to throw the arrow as they slid down in a bid to pierce a balloon. Each balloon popped would release a star and equal a meal for camp. They had a total of eight attempts to win eight meal tokens.
David was up first but missed, disappearing under the water at the bottom of the slide with a splash, as Matt and Jason laughed hysterically as they watched Mr Gest partake in such frivolities.
Matt tried next but also fell short and as Jason took his go he wryly commented: “I have a slight feeling we’ll be having rice and beans tonight.
He wasn’t wrong as he was the only one to pierce a balloon, meaning that the three boys returned to camp with just a single star between them.
“One out of eight is not the greatest result, Jason admitted but we have done the best we can. That’s life.

[...] The girls ended up with five flags and therefore five meals, a lot better than the boys meagre one star last night! [...]
