Toby Anstis is one of I’m A Celebrity … Get Me Out of Here!‘s biggest fans. So much so that he counts taking part in the hit show as “One of the 50 things to do before I die�.

Toby says: “I’m A Celebrity…’ is just addictive! I work on the radio and at this time of year it’s just perfect. It fills my show as everyone talks about it! Every single year there has been a surprising, clever mix of people – it always works and it’s always entertaining.�

Along with the excitement of taking part in his favourite TV show, the impending jungle adventure also raises some concerns for Toby, namely how he is going to deal with his fear of heights should he be confronted with it. He has made two attempts so far to conquer his fear including a bungee jump – whilst wearing a kilt:

“I once bungee jumped in a kilt and frightened off 2, 000 people!� he says.

Toby, who is a twin to sister Kate – is also worried that his enthusiasm and chattiness could annoy his fellow campers.

“I’m such a big gob!� says Toby. “I talk away, I sit and do a four hour radio show six days a week so I’ll probably be in the jungle going into random links. I am always buoyant and really enthusiastic so I can imagine when people are tired and hungry it can be a bit much.�
