I’m A Celebrity’s Gino D’Acampo and Justin Ryan faced their fears as they competed for today’s Celebrity Chest.
The pair, who admitted they have a fear of heights, soon wished they stayed in camp when they realised they would have to climb a ladder to reach the keys.
The challenge was entitled, ‘Rungless ladder’. To get the keys they had to climb the ladder one rung at a time. The two steps had to be clipped and unclipped to maneuver up the ladder to the keys hanging 30ft above.
As they both gripped on tight Gino told Justin not to wobble the ladder but he replied, “Gino, it may actually come as a surprise to you that I’m actually scared for my life at the moment.”
As they climbed further, the height became the least of their worries as they suddenly found themselves surrounded by bees. Justin admitted to Gino that along with his fear of heights he also hates bees but Gino told to him imagine they were butterflies.
Fearing one had gone up his leg Justin said “Gino get the wasp away I’m absolutely terrified of wasps.” Whilst Gino complained “I’ve got a bee on my willy.”
They successfully completed the challenge and once they had their feet firming back on the ground the pair hugged and Justin said, “High five Gino D’Acampo. I love you.” He also added “I’m so glad I did that with you Gino.”
Of course they got the question wrong!
Stuart read out the question which was, which country has the longest coastline, Australia or Canada.
Justin, who spends a number of months of the year in Canada thought, this was the correct answer but the other camp mates decided to ask George who thought it would be Australia.
They followed George’s advice which was the wrong answer and they missed out on cheese and crackers.
