Whilst resting in the I’m A Celebrity jungle camp, TV chef Gino D’Acampo discovered a tick on his neck. Gino and his pal George Hamilton went straight to Dr Bob to have it removed. While they were there George thought he had a tick on his bottom and pulled down his shorts for Bob to have a close up inspection. ‘I have this feeling I have one (a tick) on my ass I haven’t dealt with it.’

Bob looked closely at George’s bottom and confirmed it was indeed a pimple! I hope Dr Bob is being paid thousands of pounds for taking part in this show, because looking up a pensioners pimply bum is not something I would want to do for a living!

The celebrities then praised the fact that Joe was not there as he would cast morbid thoughts among them. ‘I’m glad Joe isn’t here or we’d never hear the end,’ said Gino. ‘We know things here are dangerous but we don’t want to be reminded that we can die any moment, he likes to tell awful stories.’

Justin joined in: ‘You would have a full explanation about how it was working it’s way to your heart via your lower arteries.’

Stuart agreed: ‘The tick goes up your arse, working its way through your arteries to your heart and kill you.’

When Joe returned to camp he confirmed all their suspicions: ‘This is no word of a lie, if that tick goes anywhere near the brain, he can be dead from the neck up, if it goes into your heart, you’re dead. They grow and block the artery.’ Turning to Sam who was sun bathing he added: ‘Be very careful in the little crevices.’
