I’m A Celebrity: Marc Bannerman Won’t Be Pursuing Cerys Matthews
Jungle Love Rat, Marc Bannerman has said that he won’t be pursuing a relationsip with Cerys Matthews when she leaves the I’m A celebrity jungle, in fact he hopes to patch things up with his girlfriend of two years.
Speaking to The Daily Star, Bannerman stated:
“I’ve behaved in an inappropriate way, but I didn’t even think about the consequences of spending time with someone in there.
“I’d like to be able to support Cerys when she’s out. But on the other hand I’ve hurt someone I’m in love with.
“We live together and I’ve just listened to her crying on the phone, so I haven’t any choice but to do the right thing. I’ve got to get back to London.
Things have got to be discussed and resolved either way, so I owe it to her to face her.
“I regret hurting someone. I really regret that, but I don’t regret anything else.”

Hopefully he’ll end up on his own once Cerys comes to her senses, a woman in her position who is responsible for two childen will think twice before embarking on anything serious with a virtual stranger whom she is infinitely more intelligent than. Their attraction was purely physical and it won’t take Cerys long to realise that Marc is a neanderthal and way out of his depth.
