Joe Swash Being Chased For Child Maintenance?
Newspapers are today reporting that I’m A Celebrity winner, Joe Swash is being chased by the Child Support Agency for payments owed.
Joe’s ex fiance, Emma Sophocleous, says he has never properly supported his eighteeen month old son,
A friend of Sophocleous told The Daily Star: “They’ve been investigating him for several months. It was all going on during his time in the jungle.
“Emma says Joe has never given her proper support to help out with Harry. The CSA have written to him and called him on his mobile several times.”
The former EastEnders actor said in a statement that he has, and always will, support his son.

Aaaargrrgh!!! 100% fabrication!!!!! I know Joe’s ex Emma and my brother knows Joe!! Emma is HUGE stirrer! She is a controlling, catty and quick-tempered LIER!!! She has serious issues bc Joe ***HAS payed FULL maintenence*** for Harry and will always support him!!! He loves Harry to pieces and vice-versa, you just have to see them together to know Harry thinks the world of him and Joe will do anything for his son! His son comes FIRST. Emma is trying to paint Joe and herself in a false light. SHE is in the wrong. There is something seriously wrong with the woman, no shame whatsoever! Joe is a fantastic dad and has met EVERY requirement. When the truth comes out, Emma will look like a complete fool. Vile selfish woman! I’ve never liked her and despise her more these days. She does not have a conscience!!!!

Emma Sophocleous’s exe partners and friends all seem to say the same thing: she is an immature, manipulative attention-seeking jealous woman. Joe is the only one who has not been nasty about her (however he did say they brought out the worst in each other). What I don’t like about her is the fact that she kept their son to herself and left Joe in hospital when he was seriously struggling with meningitis and encephalitis. Oh and she will sell a story for more money. Yuk.

never heard of her until she came out and started spitting this and that around. joe nearly died three years ago when he was in intensive care for two weeks. his fiance of the time, this emma, left him in hospital and took their son away. she doesn’t sound very decent to me!! :l

WTH? LAY OFF EMMA!!!! I used to be good friends with her, she’s not vile or a lier. Sure sometimes she could be bitchy or overdramatic but can’t we all?? She was tired and upset that another of her relationships ended but she will never go selling stories to newspapers – they conjure it up on their own! Firstly, when Joe got viral meningitis and was in intensive care, she stayed and cared for him even though their relationship was in trouble. She did not lose patience as the newspapers said but left because Joe’s family were also there to care for him and since Joe and Emma were on the verge of splitting, she decided to leave them to it. DO NOT believe everything you read because they didn’t even have Harry at that point so how on earth could she “take him away” lol?? Part of the story IS true: Joe WAS struggling to support Harry as he was in unemployment after Eastenders axed the Miller family but yeah he has payed everything since, not sure why they’re releasing this story again but I find it difficult to believe Emma is stirring. He’s a lovely guy and loves his Harry…him and Emma were always arguing though. Emma’s outspoken but not horrid no matter what you all think. Don’t blame Emma for allegedly feeding the papers, blame the papers!!!
