Kara Tointon For I’m A Celebrity 2009?
Eastenders actress Kara Tointon is said to be considering making an appearance on this years I’m A Celebrity.
The actress plays Dawn Swann on the BBC soap opera but has been axed and will appear on our screens for the last time this summer. Kara’s boyfriend Joe Swash won last year’s series of the show.
A show insider told the Daily Star: “She’s already got a huge fanbase who will love to be able to watch her out of character and being herself in the jungle camp.
“Kara’s known for being really sweet and game for a laugh so we think she would be perfect on the show. She’s a girly girl and will no doubt struggle with all the creepy-crawlies, but most of the celebrities on the show say that to begin with.”
I don’t know how much faith to put in this rumour, given that only a few months ago Kara was linked to BBC’s Strictly Come Dancing.

She could be good for the show. The esatenders cast always have at least one person in. Hopefully she can dance. Matt was the best so far. Who will GMTV send this year to redeem themselves?
