ITV are said to be running out of money for this year’s I’m A Celebrity series.

The cash strapped channel have reportedly ploughed so much money into making the reality TV show in high definition and making the bushtucker trials bigger and better, that they don’t have enough left in the kitty to tempt any big stars to join the lineup.

Insiders say that some faces we can expect to see in jungle camp this autumn are children’s TV stars The Chuckle Brothers, joined by a whole host of other z list stars.

A show source told The Daily Star: “This year’s show is going to be bigger and better than ever.

“High definition will really make a difference because we’ll be getting up close and personal to all those creepy crawlies.

“But obviously when large amounts of cash are being spent on one area then there have to be a few cutbacks in other areas.”
