Waz Ashayer has become the latest contestant to be voted off Channel 5 show Make Me A Supermodel.
Waz told presenter Fearne Cotton and the judges on Friday night: “It has been great. I definitely want to get into modelling.”
Presenter Fearne Cotton replied: “You’ve been a brilliant contestant.”
Winning a place on the Channel Five programme has been a dream come true for Waz.
Waz said his lucky break came when he was spotted by a modelling talent scout at a party in London.
He said: “I was told that about 2,000 applied and I could not believe it when they said that I was in the final six.”
“I was at a party in Leicester Square when this woman approached and asked if I had ever thought about modelling.”
He said he was not sure if he had heard her correctly.
“I didn’t think she was serious so I did nothing about it for a couple of months,” said Waz.
He then remembered her invitation to go to a modelling agency in Camden Town for an audition where he won his place.

Albert is a great guy but Waz was my boy. He was and is gorgeous inside and out with so much wit it is unbelievable. He is totally misunderstood. People think he is up himself but he isn’t, he’s just an insecure kind of boy. I’m so sure he will get a modelling contract with another agency, even though he has now been eliminated off the show. As for his immaturity, isn’t life too short not to have a lot of fun?
I agree life is too short not to have a lot of fun - but there is the point of his immaturity that may be offensive to others - u can still have fun when u’re mature too ;o)
Well to make everyone happy, let’s just say mature and immature people have fun. But, I think it’s unfair people hate because he’s immature, I mean he is only 17 it’s not like he’s already in his late 20’s or something.
But I do understand what you are saying, but I mean James was thrown for not being exciting enough (which was unfair too) but now Waz has been because he’s too exciting. I mean everyone give these boys a break?!

I have been researching this waz character on my new 600 x 5000 and the word ‘Waz’ is actually slang for urine. So i don’t know if that is actually a real name but you know time has moved on and these days anything is used as a name for instance (Honey) i thought that was a thick golden substance used for your pleasure.
