Made In Chelsea’s Louise Thompson and Spencer Matthews still ‘in love’ and she isn’t worried about ‘The Bachelor’ beauties

When the last series of Made In Chelsea drew to an end, Louise Thompson and Spencer Matthews were building bridges and had turned a corner in their relationship.

They seemed all loved up, even though Spencer had to break the heart of his best friend Jamie Laing to land the pretty brunette, but just a few weeks later, despite all the drama he caused on the reality TV show, he announced that they had already split and blamed a series of ‘petty’ arguments on the break up.

It all sounded a little bit suspicious to us, especially as rumours had been circulating that the hunk was to be the new star of the Channel 5 series ‘The Bachelor.’

Must Be The Music: Jamie Cullum says the show was axed for not being “cruel”

Jazz singer and songwriter Jamie Cullum reckons that Sky1 talent show Must Be The Music was axed because it wasn’t “cruel” enough to the contestants.

Speaking to The Sun’s TV Biz, Jamie said of the show ending, “Not enough people watched it.

“Maybe it wasn’t cruel enough.

“The inherent drama in those shows is the human interest element – when you see people with their screws loose getting pushed around by people who should know better.

“That’s what’s enjoyable about those shows, no matter how much we don’t want to admit it.”

Do you think that’s true? I’m inclined to agree with him. Read more & comment »

The Pictures were the fourth act to take to the Must Be The Music stage tonight.

The show is airing live from Wembley Arena and the boys were determined to prove to Jamie Cullum and the massive crowd, that they are original enough to win the prize tonight.

They opted to perform their audition song ‘Earthly Treasures’ for the final show and we loved the whole vibe and feeling on stage. Weirdly we thought we heard a bit of an Irish lilt at times……weird because the boys are all from London! The lead break on violin was amazing and a little bit Led Zepplin-esque we thought!

Must Be The Music final: Daithí O Dronaí performs ‘Ci’ for his girlfriend

Irish teenager Daithi took the Wembley stage in the Must Be The Music final tonight.

The violinist combines his fiddle and a recording loop station to create distinctive sounds for his music. His last track, played on the show’s semi final, reached number three in the alternative UK music charts earlier this month.

Tonight, Daithi played a composition named CI, after his girlfriend Ciara who celebrates her birthday today. We quite liked him, we love his energy and he definitely knows how to work a stage. However, for us, Daithi just didn’t compare to the two acts who preceded him (Pepper and Piano and Missing Andy) and we don’t see him winning tonight.
