So George Sampson’s music career looks like it might be over before it even started….not really a surprise given that the boy is a dancer, not a singer!
George released a double a side single this week which Simon Cowell and Co expected to chart somewhere within the top ten in the UK charts. Unfortunately mid week chart sales figures suggest that George will be lucky to finish in the mid twenties.
Arriving at his I’m A Celebrity Bushtucker Trial called Hell-O-Phone, David Van Day was quick to knock Nicola’s performance the previous day. He said: “I’m ready for it. She [Nicola] got three stars. Oh, what a shame, lets go for 12.”
Surrounded by three red telephones, David was told that he would hear a ring. He would have to identify which phone box was ringing and answer the phone. The caller would ask three questions, each correct answer would win a star.
Britney Spears is said to be on a crash diet in a bid to lose weight for her X Factor appearance this Saturday.
Britney has already lost two stone in recent months but wants to lose even more in advance of this weeks UK comeback.

Former X Factor contestant Rachel Hylton says the other singers on the show often excluded her and made her feel isolated.
"Sometimes I just went off on my own because I was made to feel left out. You know, I always tried to be gracious and say nice things about everybody," she told ITV1’s This Morning.
I’m A Celebrity contestant Carly Zucker told how she got stressed out last year because she had too much too soon.
“Money can be a burden, that’s why I got stressed last year. I had too much too soon. I had a massive house that I couldn’t control or clean, it took all day. I could choose what I wanted and so I ended up indecisive I can have anything but if you’ve got a budget to work around it’s easier.”
I’m A Celebrity contestant Nicola McLean is one of the three celebrities all tying the knot next year but said her wedding will not be a typical footballer’s affair and Timmy and David will NOT be invited.
“I’m marrying a footballer next June but it’s not going to be a footballer’s wives affair, it’s going to be for our friends and family.
Having been nominated for his second Bushtucker Trial, I’m A Celebrity contestant David Van Day got straight to work plotting who was going to walk him to the bridge.
Taking Timmy to one side he said: “I would like you to walk with me on a condition that when you face your trial I join you on yours.”
Britney Spears is all set for a massive circus themed performance on this weeks X Factor show according to show choreographer Brian Friedman.
Brian told The Sun: “She is going to be doing a massive performance. You know her album is called Circus, so we’re going to be seeing a circus vibe coming in.
TV funnyman, Keith Chegwin has revealed that though he has been asked many times to appear on ITV’s I’m A Celebrity he wouldn’t ever do it as he couldn’t survive the long haul flight to Australia.
MSN quoted Keith as saying: “It would be nice to go into the jungle but it’s a 22-hour flight and you can’t smoke so I’m not doing it!”
John Sergeant’s Strictly Come Dancing partner, Kristina Rihanoff, has claimed that he was “savaged” during his time on the show
John announced his decision to leave the show last week after it became clear that he maight actually
win the series.
BBC bosses have rubbished claims by the Daily Mail that they are planning to sack two Strictly Come Dancing judges after the departure of John Sergeant.
“The BBC’s head honchos were furious that John Sergeant fell on his sword. He was the most enormous ratings winner and executives think the judges overstepped the mark,” a corporation source was quoted as telling the newspaper.
“Arlene and Craig have the axe hanging over them depending on how ratings do in the rest of the show over the next month.”
How Do You Solve A Problem Like Maria winner, Connie Fisher, is rejoining the Sound Of Music stage show and taking it on a national tour.
The former call centre worker will open with the musical at Cardiff’s Millennium Centre next August.
Fisher said: “It’s nice to be coming home to start the tour so I’m really excited about that.”
“I’ve learnt so much (in the last two years),” Fisher said.
X Factor choreographer, Brian Friedman has said that he wishes Diana Vickers would dance more on the show and added that if she doesn’t take on a big dance number soon she may lose out.
Brian had Diana all ready for a big stage production last week befire Cheryl changed her song at the last minute.
"When Diana did Yellow she was actually supposed to be doing the All Saints song Never Ever but it was switched.
"It’s Britney week this week but Diana is not doing a dance and it’s a shame. They choose to give her ballads. It could be a mistake," Brian told The Daily Star.
Former I’m A celebrity contestant, Jordan, has expressed her surprise at show bosses inviting Nicola McLean to join the show as she doesn’t think she is famous enough.
Katie Price (aka Jordan) told The Daily Star:
"I met her years ago when she was trying to become a glamour model. She didn’t get anywhere and I’m quite surprised she’s in it."
Katie also said that she thinks Nicola is trying to copy her on the show.
Same Difference, the cheesiest siblings in town have released their debut single and album titled Pop
Same Difference made it to the final three X Factor acts in 2007 and returned to the show on Saturday night to perform their new single We R One.
Rhydian Roberts also returned, and in my opinion blew Same Difference out of the water! He sang live, perfectly and powerfully. Same Difference mimed, pulled really silly faces and lets not mention Sarah’s weird hairdo.
