16 American TV Channels Refuse To Air ‘Osbournes: Reloaded’
Sixteen American TV channels have refused to air The Osbourne’s latest reality TV show with a leading TV critics calling the effort ‘pathetic!’
Earlier this week we reported that one channel in Panama, Florida refused to air the show after American Idol describing it as ‘unsuitable and contrary to the public interest’.
However now fifteen other channels have followed suit and failed to place the 35 minute long show. The Washington Post’s style columnist Tom Shales wrote that the show ‘could make history – as the first TV show ever to be recalled for fear of poisoning the atmosphere.’
And Entertainment Weekly magazine were equally unimpressed, calling it ‘pathetic’. Ken Tucker wrote, ‘It seems a lifetime since, in 2002, the Osbournes came across as refreshingly nutty on their MTV reality show.
‘On The Osbournes: Reloaded, Ozzy, Sharon, Kelly, and Jack were just pathetic. No wonder Fox kept chopping this proposed hour-long “variety show” into an ever-smaller size before airing it.’

What a absolute load of rubbish. The children enacting the swearing scene was totally inappropiate as well. My god they must be desparate for money, Sharon should not have got too big for her boots and stayed on X-Factor, this programme is a joke and I don’t know how any of them expected to be taken seriously for tv roles after this.
