Apply For Coleen’s Real Women Series Two!
ITV2 today announces that ratings success Coleen’s Real Women has been re-commissioned for a second series, produced by Endemol-owned Initial.
The programme, series one of which can currently be seen on Thursdays at 9pm, sees Coleen McLoughlin set the challenge of a lifetime…to find naturally beautiful women to be the face of 8 major brands.
Coleen travels around Britain in search of real women to win high profile modelling assignments. They are genuine jobs but with one major difference – all the women Coleen puts forward for the castings are amateurs, all professional models will be barred!
Of the four episodes which have been transmitted, Coleen has successfully found a real woman for three of the brands: hosiery firm Pretty Polly, make-up giants Avon and lingerie company Ultimo.
Coleen has this to say about the re-commission: “I’m thrilled that ITV has commissioned a second series of Coleen’s Real Women. I loved making the first series and have been made up about all he successes enjoyed so far by the girls taking part – with hopefully more to come. It’s great that the viewers are enjoying it too. Hopefully the new series will be just as successful in giving opportunities to Real Women.”
Zai Bennett, Controller of ITV2, adds: “Coleen’s successfully made everyday women the faces, boobs and legs of brands as big as Avon, Ultimo, and Pretty Polly and we’re all looking forward to the series coming back even bigger and better next year.”
Layla Smith, Controller of Alternative Programmes at ITV, says: “We are delighted that someone as genuinely warm as Coleen is making her mark on ITV.”

p.s I forgot to mention that i don’t think models are just about being beautiful it very much depends on their confidence in front of the camera and how photogenic they are. Personality of an upcoming model is also a major factor.

Dear coleen I’m 23 years old, I’m 5′9″ tall, blonde hair blue eyes and size 8/10. My brother works for Toni & Guy as a stylist and I’ve modelled for him on several occasions. I am currently working as a nurse and everyone who knows me says I should become a model. I would love the opotunity to give it a go.

I am another ‘Real’ woman who is a big fan of your show. I had never considered modelling until your show started (probably because i’m not a size
but now i think i have what it takes. Im funny and confident, 24 years of age, 5ft 10, 34F bra size and size 12-14 with a great complexion.
I don’t belive in dieting, I love chocolate but believe in healthy eating and running to keep me the size I am.

I am a 25yr old single mum from hertfordshire, luckly after having my little boy i never gained too much weight but always feel i have big hips. I watch your show and can see the confidence you have given people and feel thats amazing. I would love the chance to be a model, im size 8/10 and 5ft 6 In the summer i have alot of freckles and need to stop feeling so ashamed of them lol

I am 18 years old and about to take my A levels. i have often been told by people that i could be a model. I am writing a comment on here as I watch your programme each week, it really enspires me. I have had a rubbish year having being through A traumatic still birth, I thought I would apply to boost my confidence and have a new challenge, I have always wanted to have a chance of being a model just never dared to give it a shot. please dont forget me. like most of my friend and some members of my family to. im an 18 year old 5f 3ich woman with a great personallity. i am a mum of a beautiful 9 month year old baby boy. i have tried everything to become a model and im fed up of the same exuses they give me. my main problem is the fact i cannot do shots with my tummy showing. this is down to it being covered in strech marks. so now im taking this one last shot at modeling. so pleeeeeease at least read this.
