The BBC are said to be reconsidering their decision to air a reality TV show based on Jesus Christ Superstar next year.

We told you a few weeks ago that Sir Andrew and the beeb were considering using Jesus Christ Superstar for next years big reality TV event, however BBC are said to be worried that they will face the same sort of complaints from Christian groups that they faced over the Jerry Springer Opera a few years ago.

An insider revealed to The Sun: “Some Christian groups are bound to have a problem with Andrew telling people, ‘You could be Jesus.’ ”
