Day 53

10.15am: Most of the housemates from hell are in the bedroom. “I didn’t realise I woke you”, Kathreya says to Lisa about waking her last night. “I didn’t think we were that loud last night”, says Rachel. “You could hear everything”, says Lisa before adding that she’s happy for noise up until about 2am.

12.26pm: Luke is in the Diary Room talking to Big Brother about being bored. “I’m sick and tired of the same mundane gimmicks like singing and cooking all the time. I’m at the end of my tether with it Big Brother”, he says. “Kathreya, Rachel, Darnell, Mohamed, those four in particular”, he adds before saying that he thinks that if they have their way it won’t be long until he is evicted as they have got rid of everyone else they don’t like. He goes on to explain the reason he thinks they don’t like him is because he is a negative person and because he had a very close friendship with Rebecca. “I can’t tell you how affected I’ve been by Rebecca leaving”, he says choking back tears. “I’m not coping well at all. I honestly thought I would, and she said I would but I’m not”, he adds. “That’s why I’m so angry. I feel so robbed”, he says adding that Rebecca didn’t deserve to leave and she was the entertainment in the house.

3.10pm: Big Brother has gathered all the housemates at the sofas. As Head of House, Stuart has been given some instructions by Big Brother to read out to the rest of the house. “In the garden is the nominations pod which only the Head of House and heavenly housemates will have access”, he reads. “Heavenly housemates are only allowed to enter the nominations pod two at a time. Once inside the nominations pod the two heavenly housemates present are permitted to discuss nominations and who they might nominate”, he continues to gasps from the other housemates. The instructions also say that if heavenly housemates fail to discuss nominations they may be punished.
Rex and Stuart are the first to use the nominations pod. “Would you make a tactical nomination?”, starts Rex. “Yeah that would be quite good”, replies Stuart. “Let’s put all the favourites up”, adds Stuart. “If all four of us nominated the same people, they’re up”, he continues. Rex agrees and suggests Dale and Kat. Stuart thinks these are the favourites and also adds Darnell and potentially Luke to the list.

3.31pm: Most of the housemates are in the garden. “You four now know what you’re thinking and none of us have a clue”, says Luke to Rex. “And yet you can’t speak about it outside the nominations pod. How clever is that”, he adds. Stuart and Luke agree that everyone will be fighting to get into heaven to get inside the nominations pod from now on. “What if you want to nominate each other?” asks Rachel. “You can say it”, says Stuart.
Michael and Mohamed are in the nominations pod. “Obviously Dale”, says Mohamed adding that also Luke is a potential to put up. Michael agrees.

4.23pm: Luke and Michael are in the living room talking about Rebecca. “I’m hoping at least that she doesn’t line anybody up for herself until at least I get out”, says Luke. Michael tells Luke that Rebecca is young and not ready to settle down.
Rex and Mohamed are in the nominations pod. Rex is telling Mohamed about his and Stuart’s tactical voting plan. “You probably won’t agree with the first one”, he says telling Mohamed that it could be Darnell and Kat. “The second one is to get rid of the boring housemates. Maysoon or Rachel”, he adds. Mohamed thinks that if Stuart wants to play strategically it should be one of his friends and one of Mohamed’s friends. Both agree that this would be Dale and Darnell. “I’m happy with Dale and Darnell”, says Rex. “I wouldn’t want Darnell to go though”, he adds. Mohamed agrees so they change their vote to Kat and Dale.

Dale is in the Diary Room talking to Big Brother about the nominations pod. “It’s amazing. It’s so, so interesting to see the people in the garden to see what their reactions are”, he adds saying that housemates from hell are all watching what it is going on in the pod. “I think the group dynamics will change because people will start speculating”, he says. Asked if he is missing any of his fellow housemates in heaven he admits that he missing Stuart and Rex.

6.15pm: Sara and Darnell are at the ashtray talking about the nominations pod. Sara says that if all four heavenly housemates came to an agreement on two people then those two people will definitely be up for nomination. “None of those would agree though”, say Darnell.
Heavenly housemates have 18 minutes left to use the nominations pod. Rex and Mohamed are in there. Mohamed tells Rex that his two choices are Dale and Luke. Rex agrees that he will go for this also. Michael enters the pod as Mohamed leaves. “What’s the latest now”, asks Michael. Rex tells Michael that he and Mohamed will be going for Dale and Luke. “I think I’m going to go for Dale but not Luke”, says Michael. Michael and Stuart are next in the nominations pod. Stuart tells Michael that he understands why others will want to nominate Dale but he won’t be able to. Rex replaces Michael in the pod and Stuart repeats that he won’t be nominating Dale.

6.51pm: Stuart is in the Diary Room talking about the nominations pod. “The first ten minutes or so, it was dead exciting and you thought it was great and a good laugh but it was all done in jest”, he says. “Then you start realising you are talking about people behind their back”, he adds saying that he won’t be going by anything that has been said in the pod and that he would never nominate Kat, Dale or Luke.

8.17pm: Heavenly housemates have been called to the Diary Room where Big Brother tells them that they have decided to provide them with a night in front of the television in the ’sitting room’. Heavenly housemates move into the sitting room and find pizza, chocolate and alcohol waiting for them. All four cheer when they see what they have. The television comes on and Dale’s audition tape plays on the screen. All four are shocked at Dale’s comments. “What a kn*b”, says Michael.

9.08pm: Maysoon’s video is next to air which shows her telling the camera she likes to live on the edge and in the fast lane. “What a load of lies”, says Rex. Next is Rachel’s video which shows her chatty and bubbly. “I’m happy and enthusiastic” she says. “That is nothing like Rachel”, says Stuart. “She acted to get on here”, adds Rex. “I feel sorry for Kat. She’s basically lied to Kat”, Rex continues. Rex says that Rachel is getting a free ride to get to the final by riding off people like Kathreya.

9.31pm: Heavenly housemates return from the sitting room with the rest of their food after telling Big Brother in the Diary Room that the night was worth it. All think that they prefer the Rachel in the video rather than the Rachel they have in the house.

10.04pm: Heavenly housemates have decided to tell the housemates from hell what they have seen and gather everyone in the living room. They start by telling Dale how badly he has come across before telling Maysoon that she is the biggest liar in the house. Moving onto Rachel, Rex tells her, “Out of all four of us, you were the worst. You were exactly how I thought you were going to be”. Rex tells Rachel that she came across sexy, standing up and telling the camera she is a curvy girl. Rachel agrees that she did say this. Rex tells her she seemed very confident in the video and this is not what she is like in the house, saying you are “the most boring housemate ever”. “I’d swap you for scrabble”, he adds.

11.44pm: Some of the housemates are in the living room. Dale is telling Michael about what he said in his audition. “I did say I’d do anything for 100 grand”, he admits. “But you always said that you didn’t want to win the show”, says Michael. Dale tells him that it was a while ago and he didn’t think he’d meet people he would be friends with for the rest of his life.
Rex, Mohamed, Darnell, Kathreya and Rachel are in the garden. “Do you know why I have no respect for you?” Rex says to Rachel. “It’s because you’re trying to tell us that we’re lying to you”, he continues. “The honest thing for you to have done was to say, you know, I did it to get through my auditions”. Rachel argues that the person on the tape is who she is but Rex calls her a liar.

1.58pm: Rachel is in the Diary Room talking to Big Brother about what Rex has said. “You try and be strong”, she says. “My VT is me. There are parts of me that aren’t obviously shown in my VT, which is what people are seeing in here. The worst part of all of it is that people think I’m a fraud”.
