Yesterday was Day 19 in the Big Brother house, and also Ashleigh’s 21st birthday, and the lucky girl – or unlucky, depending on your opinion – had two parties to choose from!

More on that in a moment, but before the birthday merriment got under way, Big Brother revealed yet another nominations rule break, which yet again saw the housemates left without hot water.

It all began when Ashleigh and Shievonne were talking about Conor, and while pointing out that everyone likes the Irish boy, Ashleigh said, “He’ll never be up,” to which Shievonne replied, “He’s not feeling Lydia and Deana…”

Ashleigh then stated, “He’s going to go on voting for them until they are up.”

Oooo fail!

Sure enough, Big Brother gathered everyone in the living area and replayed the conversation, causing an annoyed Lydia to stomp off mumbling, “Do I really need this in my life…”

However, while she prepared to take possibly the most angry bath ever, the rest of the housemates couldn’t stop laughing, which probably did little to improve her mood.

But she found a sympathetic ear in the bathroom – attached to Luke A – and she told him that now all her “close friends” are gone (did she have any??) she doesn’t feel part of things anymore.

On now to Ashleigh’s parties, plural, given that she had to choose just one to attend having appointed Shievonne and Conor to be her party planners. Conor chose a rock themed bash with a magician to keep the guests entertained, and Shievonne threw an Egyptian themed bun fight with belly dancers.

However, Ashleigh had to choose just one party and ultimately, she chose Conor’s which meant that Shievonne and her helpers Luke A and Lauren had to sit out the fun in the bedroom. Ooo mean old BB.
