As we reported earlier, today is Big Brother housemate Ashleigh Hughes’ birthday, and it’s not just any old birthday – it’s her 21st!

However, being the cruel bar steward that he is, Big Brother has set a wicked task…

Having called birthday girl Ashleigh to the Diary Room – after she received breakfast in bed and pressies wrapped in tin foil from her fellow housemates – BB wished her a happy birthday then broke the news that she must choose two of her fellow housemates to become party planners.

Ok, not so bad so far, however, what Ashleigh doesn’t yet know is that later on, Big Brother will make her choose which party she wants to go to…

But to backtrack a little, she chose Conor and Shievonne to be the all important planners, and they were told that their parties must be totally different in every regard, from choosing a different menu to different party music.

So when Ashleigh is called upon to choose which party she likes the sound of best, she and her fellow housemates will be given that party, but the other party planner will be locked in the bedroom and won’t be permitted to join in the fun.

BB’s official website adds…

The power to the loser’s party will be cut off and they’ll be sent to bed, while the others carry on into the night with more music, drinks and extra birthday treats for Ashleigh.

Now it’s just a countdown to the kick-off. Let the Party Wars begin!
