Big Brother 2012: Bit on the Side host Emma Willis to present new ITV2 dating show, Three

Although Emma Willis is back on Channel 5 this summer to host Big Brother’s Bit on the Side, she’s also joined ITV2’s new dating show ‘Three’ as its presenter, and she seems to be chuffed to little mint balls about it.

In a statement issued by ITV, Emma said, “I am beyond thrilled to be a part of ‘Three’.

“I love to watch a good romance blossom, so to be asked to be a part of that process is genuinely exciting.”

And Angela Jain, who’s the Director of Digital Channels and Acquisitions at ITV, added, “Three has already proven itself to be a hit format…

“Showing the emotional highs and lows of finding the partner of your dreams coupled with Emma Willis in the role as a confidante for these three girls will I hope, make this an unmissable show for ITV2.”

Apropos of the show’s format, it will see 100 single men vying for the affection of single ladies, who must pick just six each to date over the series…

The press release adds…

Three, produced by Studio Lambert, is a new series in which three single women of different ages, life experiences and backgrounds meet for the first time with a common goal— to find true love. As they search for a partner, they will share their lives and emotionally support one another during the dating and decision-making process.

At the end of every episode, one of the guys will be ditched, with the girl deciding who she wants to see again.

However, if he doesn’t feel the same way, the whole date’s off.

We’ll let you know when an air date is confirmed.
