Today is Day 28 in the Big Brother house, and it’s Monday, which means it’s nominations day – always a joy – but in addition, today could be the day that the great house divide begins!

We were alerted to the “game changing twist” this week by Brian Dowling when, after Lydia’s eviction on Friday, he told Bit on the Side host Emma Willis that the house would be split into two parts for most of this week.

And in addition, the show’s series editor Andrew Jackman teased, “It’s going to be big, and [there will be] a twist that’s not even related!”

O em gee I’m so excited to see what this is going to entail! And to see who’s up facing eviction this week. I suspect Deana will be again, but as to who she’ll be up against, I really can’t call it this week…

If I really had to guess, I would say Becky, because she seems to be irritating pretty much everybody right now, including Sara, Shievonne and Arron, who got angry with Becky yesterday for – yet again – butting into a conversation he was having with Adam. Click here to see a clip of that.

However, to recap yesterday’s big event, The Task With No Task, the housemates managed to scare Shievonne sufficiently into believing there would be… dun dun dun… SCARY CLOWNS in the small task room, that she refused to go in.

Therefore, as housemates had succeeded in fooling her, they passed the task and were treated to a slap up meal last night. However, as you can see in this clip,  I suspect Shievonne realized that there was a twist to this task and didn’t fall for it all…

Her “surprised” reaction to hearing that the point of the task was to trick her was possibly the most wooden bit of acting I’ve seen since ‘Muffin the Mule: It’s Illegal In Ireland’. O, wait, that may well have been an entirely different kind of clip involving wood…

Anyway, during the posh meal, model Arron revealed that when he was on holiday abroad, “I had cappuccino and brioche every morning.”

Well it doesn’t get more cosmopolitan than that really does it.
