11:20am UPDATE! Big Brother has just confirmed that for this week’s shopping task,  the three most intelligent housemates will be scientists, while the remaining 12 will be lab rats.

Around twenty minutes ago, housemates picked Lydia, Benedict and Luke A to be the scientists, and they will be required to predict the outcome of a series of experiments undertaken by the rats.

BB adds, “This is an epic two day task. Will the housemates be successful and if so, will they manage to calculate the food budget correctly this time?”

11am UPDATE! Big Brother has put lots of odd looking equipment in the garden and taken all the housemates’ food away! O they are going to be sooooooo mad!

Big Brother will be revealing this week’s shopping task to the housemates today, and on the show’s official website, there’s a sneak peek at the task ahead, which is called Lab Rats…

“This should be quite a psychologically divisive task, because the most intelligent housemates will be scientists and the other ones are going to be lab rats.

“The lab rats are going to have a tough time of it because they’re going to earn their food by running in the rat wheel…”
