Big Brother 2012: Turf War task over Diary Room ‘ownership’ means one team won’t nominate!
This week’s seven day long task, which is entitled Turf Wars, does exactly what it says on the tin, and with the housemates split into two groups, each team must battle it out to win the right to exclusive use of particular parts of the house.
Yesterday’s task, a shopping trolley dash/tug-of-war, was for the right to claim the kitchen, and as the blue team scored just 24 points, while the green team scored 49, the greens won a luxury shopping budget and rights to the kitchen.
Next up on the Turf Wars task list was Sofa Hoppers which saw blue team member Luke S going head to head with green team member Shievonne for the main part of the challenge, while the remaining housemates had to divide into pairs – leaving odd number housemate Lauren on the sidelines – to fit themselves into categories…
Categories included ‘most to least attractive housemate’, ‘most to least bitchy’, ‘most to least annoying’ and ‘who wants to win the most’.
That of course caused quite a bit of tension, while in the Diary Room, Shievonne and Luke S had to decide which housemates plonked themselves into which category.
Ultimately, Shievonne guessed correctly more times than Luke S did, so she subsequently won the task for the blue team who now have sole rights to the living area.
However, Big Brother has a twist lined up towards the end of the week…
When it comes to ownership of the Diary Room, the team who lose will of course lose their right to enter that part of the house, but they will also lose the right to nominate.
Which will of course in and of itself cause a great deal of tension. Oo BB, you are naughty but I like you…
