Big Brother’s Russell Brand

Big Brother’s Russell Brand

How can anyone be so revoltingly disgusting and irreverent and yet so caring, wise and loyal?  Sorry if I am ruining your ‘bad boy’ image Russell but I think there is a side to you that could cancel out the foul mouthed, kindergarten sexual talking and disrespect of Christianity. Underneath it all, you are a really nice guy who has had your fair/unfair share of knocks.

It was an interesting final show last night, with Shilpa Shetty, no surprises here, winning for political reasons or for her virtues…we will never know which.  She had tough competition with Danielle Lloyd, amongst others, who might have won if it had not been for the over publicised Jade Goody ‘differences’.  This was pointed out by someone in Russell Brand’s audience last night.  As some one else in the audience said, when asked how he felt about Shilpa sitting on the throne, ‘Sorry Shilpa but I would have preferred to see Jade there’.

Yet another person in the audience said, if Shilpa could forgive whatever was said or done to her in the house then why can’t the rest of the world?  Shilpa called for all this to be put in the past and said Jade had not been racist in anyway, nor anyone else.  Danielle Lloyd made a public statement that she was not a racist, hand in hand with Shilpa at the press conference.  As many (including Shilpa) said, it was just a game and EVERYONE in the house had been guilty of saying unpleasant things about each other so I suppose they are ALL being called to forgive one another.  Shilpa might have won anyway as she is very beautiful and gracious but at what a price she now wears the crown.  Three lives destroyed by the public and media through behaviour and words that were no worse than in past Big Brother shows. (How many of us have lost our tempers and said things we should not have and got away with it and yet such harsh punishment on others has been meted, who are no worse than we are ourselves?)  There has been a call for tolerance but maybe, through all this, we ALL have learnt the importance of watching our words as they can build or destroy.

Big Brother Has been destroying lives before this Darling.

Werent you aware of Lesley Sanderson’s Suicide bid.

Was it also OK for Russell Brand to call me a stinking Cheat and laugh about. Did anyone believe I could just fit back into society, didnt this behaviour seal my fate. Werent comments like this a death sentence ?

The three girls you mention will nver have to live on Job Seekers allowance, so how are their lives destroyed

My ridiculous drawn out OFCOM complaint ( no doubt it will be reseolved in 2010, after endemol allow four more fdarkies to win ), is also against Russell Brand and his partisan, bigoted remarks against me. I have never met the man , didnt speak to him , but he had a lot to say about me.

I of course didnt get any right of reply, like the Danielle, JADE and Jo.Who I feel no pity for, but I know if there were in BB7 , they would have been heralded heroes for behaving in the same way.

In fact the general public would have been sending Shilpa handwash for her dirty mitts and books on how to cook chicken properly. The threesome just picked on a darkie who had a bigger following than all three put together. There own ignorance about Bollywood, put them in that position

Evelyn, your jeremiad does highlight, people only see injustice when its against one of their own.

I pleased to say good old fashioned family racism is alive and well and has no intention of going away.

I have learnt absolutely nothing from this Big Brother.

It was predictable. I’m not a bigot and don’t single people out for preferential treatment or negative treatment, because I have some psychological bond to a particular racial/ethnic group.

I live in a world were I always have to watch my words and what I say. It is quite apparant from Big Brother in general , that many people say and do as they please.

Shilpa as I said will be OK as her Indian fans have protected her. Without them she would have fared like every other minority on Big Brother ( taking on the world on your lonesome).

Evelyn you speak for yourself , some of us were born watching our words, saying what you think is a privilege.

What people in the UK possibly have learnt is that the non -whites outside the UK are a force to be reckoned with.

Shilpa has arrived at a politically right time and is oblivious of what came before her. However Jade, Jo and Danielle knew the score.

Nuts, Loaded, Star magazine, Heat etc will use the trio until even you evelyn will be sick of their faces.

These women can charge 5 grand plus for an interview, which is more than I earn in a year. So whose life has been ruined. From where I am sitting all I can see is three typical Big Brother contestants , who backed the wrong horse on this occcassion. It wont kill them. They are still in the majority.

I thought the Britsih Ppublic over-reacted as this always happens in Big Brother and far worse. The Indians had every right to react the way they did as they are not familiar with British Soceity and people.

    Evelyn,

this article has nothing to do with Russell Brand. It doesn’t make sense.

You start of ranting about him then do nothing to back up your observations. I think you are way off the mark with all your jade and co remarks anyway, but then if I remember rightly you backed Nikki Grahame last year too.

Do you a thing for coarse and bitchy young blondes who scream a lot?
