This years series of Celebrity Love Island is already being planned and is due to go head to head with Channel 4′s Big Brother later this year.

The rumour mill is starting to grind, and the first piece of gossip to emerge is that Brendan Cole of Strictly Come Dancing has been signed for the summer show.

A source told The Sunday Mirror that

“Brendan is shameless when it comes to pursuing women – he’s perfect for the show,”

“What would be better for him than to spend seven weeks with a team of beauties in one of the world’s most beautiful settings. It’s Brendan’s idea of heaven.”

Better still the word is that he will be paid £80,00 to do so!
