Brian McFadden demands temporary custody from Kerry Katona
Brian McFadden has reportedly served Kerry Katona with legal documents, demanding temporary custody of his two daughters.
The former Westlife singer has given Katona until Thursday to respond, at which point he intends to fight for full custody of their children.
A source told The Sunday Mirror: “Kerry is terrified of losing her girls. She’d heard Brian was thinking about taking custody, but had heard nothing. Suddenly a letter landed on her doorstep from Brian’s lawyers demanding intermediate custody while she sorts herself out.
“Her children are the most important thing to her, the last thing she needs is a bitter custody battle with Brian… it could destroy her.”

Brian is not interested in how Kerry feels, he destroyed her
a few years ago so might as well finish it off. He is not
interested in his kids either or he would have done something
a long, long while ago. What Brian is worried about is all the
publicity there has been about him doing nothing to make sure
the children are okay, he has said a few times about applying
for custody but never does anything and he has been heavily
criticised for this and it makes him look bad. Even now it
will be his mum looking after the girls and not Brian, Brian
is only interested in himself and keeping girlfriend Delta
and his children are not part of her future, another case of
putting girlfriend before family. Brian is enjoying his life
and doesn’t want his children spooling it, selfish man.

What a scumbag he is. I actually have a tad more respect for Katona- who at least has a legitimate problem in her life. What the hell is his excuse to leave the country where his kids live and not attempt to get custody from the get-go? Because he thought Kerry was so together when they split? yeah right… more like he just wanted to move on like none of it happened and he didn’t even have kids. Loser.
