Celebrity Big Brother’s Michael Barrymore Will Still Face Legal Action
Terry Lubbock father of Stuart Lubbock who was found dead in Michael Barrymore’s swimming pool will be pressing ahead with legal action against the star despite rumours that the case had been dropped.
Terry met with the Celebrity Big Brother contestant earlier this week and said that he no longer blamed Michael Barrymore for the death of his son. The pair also agreed to work together in getting the case reviewed by the police.
However today Terry confirmed that “I’m still pursuing the case and shall talk with my solicitor about what’s next.
“I was happy meeting Barrymore and feel I have his support to campaign for justice over what happened to my son. He’s promised to help me, so I’ll take him up on that.”

I must congratulate Terry Lubbock on how he has tried to get Justice for his son Stuart Lubbock. He faced Michael Barrymore for the truth and his site of that fatefall night on 31 March 2001. Terry it would seem will leave no stone unturned to get the truth. The day after the Court hearing in Southend Michael Barrymore speeds back to New Zealand. Michael Barrymore needs to get back to the UK and stop running, if he is to rebuild his career. Its true Michael was not alone at the party and all those present need to come forward.
Michael Barrymore pool party, there still seems to be a wall of silence by all those at the party, I understand Terry Lubbock is calling for a New Coroners Inquest, this would see all those involved & Michael Barrymore back in Court again.
