Celebrity Hijack housemates, Victor and Emilia Arata, have endured deaths of close family members who were fellow circus performers.

The pair have lost both an aunt and uncle in circus stunts gone wrong.

“Their auntie, Eva Garcia, died when she was 38 in Great Yarmouth after she fell about 20 metres during her aerial act,” another aunt, Mariska Arata told The Sun.

“She was very experienced, who started in the circus at the age of seven, and was so fit and strong – such a fantastic artist.

“Eva was Emilia’s gdmother and what happened to her affected Emilia terribly afterwards.”

And their uncle Jilles Antares, was killed in Paris, aged 43, when his trapeze equipment broke.
