Channel 4 Announces Celebrity Hijack
Celebrity Big Brother may be canceled this January, but Channel 4 have to pay the bills somehow. They have announced today that they will be making a new show, in the BB vein, called Celebrity Hijack.
In the new show to air on E4, Big Brother himself will be replaced by a bunch of celebrities. These A (?) listers will devise tasks and punishments for a group of 18-21 year olds living together in a house full of cameras. Sound familiar?
A network spokesperson said: “Big Brother Celebrity Hijack will see a host of different celebrities take on the Big Brother mantle, providing their own unique spin as they interact with the housemates as the voice of Big Brother.
“In addition to acting as the voice of Big Brother, the celebrities will also be involved in setting the housemates’ tasks, talking to them in the diary room, making up their own rules and generally causing havoc. Viewers will be able to watch the celebrities in action, as they take on the Big Brother role.”

Celebrity Hijack has already chosen Benjamin Macdougall, this should have been kept under wraps, so perhaps Dermot O Leary should be aware of this.

I feel annoyed when people are beginning to find out who will be the contestants for the Celebrity Hijack in January. Once these peoples names are in the open they should be automatically disqualified. Come Channel 4 you know the rules stick by them

I know for a fact that speculation as to the new housemates is utter fabrication. What p****s me off though are those idiots who seem to want to spoil it. Idiots, one and all! I suggest they just p**s off back to where they come from and get back to their own shallow, empty lives. Leave us to enjoy the show!
