Cheryl Cole has admitted that she’s having a hard time in rehearsals for her new Girls Aloud reunion tour.

The brunette beauty did her own solo UK tour last year, but obviously she’s forgotten how difficult it is to work a stage, as the former X Factor judge seemed exhausted this week as she worked with her bandmates again.

Cole, Nadine Coyle, Kimberley Walsh, Sarah Harding and Nicola Roberts will kick off their set of arena shows later this month and have been working hard getting their songs, their dance numbers and their costume changes perfected for fans.

Tweeting this week from rehearsals Chez admitted that she was having a hard time and said:

“My body hurts in the weirdest places 😳😯😕😒#tentourrehearsal”

However, it seems their dancers are doing well and she added:

“To our dancers!! You are killing it. Doing such a great job thank you #appreciationtweet”

The Girls Aloud official account posted the picture above with the caption:

“A moment to catch our breath”

Nadine isn’t finding it easy either and after being away from the girl group for four years she’s finding it hard to get back into the swing of things and wrote:

“These tour rehearsals are no joke! Xx”

She’s sure they’ll get there in the end though and added:

“We aren’t the most successful girlband of the 21st century for no reason though! #girlsaloudtentour #watchit&weep #aloudersallday #mygirls x”

Sarah was less positive and joked with her fans saying:

“Come on the tour….rehearsals are killin me now lol!!!

Shattered!!!x”

Tickets to Girls Aloud’s ‘Ten – The Hits Tour’ sold out in minutes when they were released last year, extra dates were added and the fab fivesome will now perform 19 concerts over the next two months.

Speaking about the gigs in December last year Cheryl said:

“I’m sure it’s going to be spectacular.”

“Girls Aloud is me, it’s where I come from.

“I’ve had ten years of success. The fans of my [solo work] are Girls Aloud fans. Some of them were 7 at the time and now they’re young women. I’ve got a lot to give back.”

It seems the ladies have some ideas about a possible special guest for their fans and they tweeted this week teasing:

“Can we put @RylanClark in our suitcase and take him on tour?”

Unfortunately we think he’s been booked by Steps!
