Eastenders star Cheryl Fergison has been unable to perform on tonight’s Let’s Dance For Sport Relief final.

The actress, who won a place in the show after performing a hilarious parody of Vanilla Ice’s ‘Ice Ice Baby’, pulled a hamstring during rehearsals earlier this week. She revealed that the pain was so bad, backup dancers had to carry her off the dancefloor. However BBC bosses are so clever that they brought Cheryl out in costume to chat with Steve and Claudia, but played a recorded version of her routine from last week’s show.

Cheryl’s young son will be glad that she made the effort to put her costume back on for the final. She earlier revealed that he was a little confused by her new blonde hairdo!
