Cheryl Fergison, Stephen K Amos & Jason Cundy sign up for Let’s Dance For Sport Relief

Comedian Stephen K Amos, Eastenders’ Cheryl Fergison, The Bill actors Sally Rogers and Chris Simmons, footballer Jason Cundy (dancing with Peter Shilton) and Bellamy’s People actors Felix Dexter, Lucy Montgomery and Rhys Thomas, will all appear in the third heat of Let’s Dance For Sport Relief on BBC One as part of this year’s Sport Relief’s Rise to the Challenge Campaign, it was announced today.

Denise van Outen has also been confirmed as a panellist for this Saturday’s show alongside comedian Vic Reeves and comedienne and contestant from last year’s show, Jo Brand.

The show, hosted by Claudia Winkleman and Steve Jones, will see the six acts perform iconic dance routines in a bid to wow viewers and win a place in next week’s spectacular final dance-off.

Who goes through and who gets a chance to compete in the final will be down to the public phone votes and the panel.

The final will see two more celebrity acts compete alongside Rufus Hound, Katy Brand, Kate Garraway and Richard Arnold and Debra Stephenson for their chance to be crowned the Let’s Dance For Sport Relief Champion on Saturday 13 March.

Panellists in the final will include impressionist Jon Culshaw, comedian Jack Dee and last year’s Let’s Dance Champion, Robert Webb.
