Cook Yourself Thin Recipes!
Many of you have been asking where to find the recipes featured on channel 4’s new TV show, Cook Yourself Thin.
Well have no fear! The girls have written a fabulous book, containing all the recipes from the show and more.
Cheap at only £6.75. I reccomend a speedy purchase as this book has received a LOT of interest and is sure to fly off the shelves!

You mention that all recipes from the show are included in the girls book – I have bought the book, but one of the recipes featured on TV does not appear in the book much to my great disappointment. The recipe was for an almond and lemon sponge cake – using 2 boiled lemons pureed, instead of butter, and ground almonds as a flavouring.
Can you please send me a copy of this recipe to my email address.

I caould not find the calorie count for the lamb dish with the cous cous on the top, do you have the recipe.
