Davina McCall has spoke out against critics who have slammed her new show ‘He’s having a baby’.

She told Britain’s Heat magazine: “I am 100 per cent behind it. If anybody hasn’t watched it, which I think is quite a lot of you, you should give it a go because it’s a very good show.”

She blames the poor viewing figures on the success of the second series of the X factor which launched on the same night as her BBC show. She explained: “None of us knew we were going to be up against ‘The X Factor’. It was the worst slot.”
