Talk about a fall from grace!

Brigitte Nielson, the once legendary, beautiful and talented ex-wife of Hollywood legend, Sylvester Stallone, has been pictured in todays the Sun newspaper looking like a wino in an LA park, swigging from a vodka bottle whilst laying, and rolling, about on the grass!

The former Celebrity Big Brother contestant, who has a history of alcoholism, was even apparently photographed vomiting in full view of the public walking past her in the Studio City park, where she was drinking on her own.

She did manage to regain a little composure though, as she drank some mouthwash to disguise the smell as she attempted to walk home.

Five-times married, Nielsen has a long history with the demon drink.  In 2007 a family intervention saw her checked into rehab, after which she had said that she felt “like a new-born person”.

She continued: “I made a choice about a new life. It’s not been easy but it was definitely time.”

Following that she then made the decision to take part in the 2008 Dr Drew reality rehab programme in an attempt to stay sober, which seemed to be working so much that in 2010 the show’s producer John Irwin stated: “She’s sober and she quit smoking. She’s doing crazy good.”

This is all a far cry from her 80’s modelling and acting career.  Nielson’s first real taste of fame came in 1985 when she starred alongside Arnold Schwarzenegger in the film Red Sonja after already conquering the modelling world.

In that same year she met, and married Stallone, and even starred alongside her husband in two films, Rocky IV and Cobra.  The honeymoon didn’t last very long, though, and the couple divorced 2 years later in 1987.

Nielsen, who had previously been married to Kasper Winding, then went on to marry Sebastian Copeland, Raoul Meyer before finally settling down with her current husband, Mattia Dessi in 2006.
