Gavin Henson has reportedly signed up to appear on new ITV1 reality series 71 Degrees North.

The Sun reports that Henson who has two children with singer Charlotte Church, flew out to Norway earlier this week to start filming for the show.

“Gavin hasn’t done much telly before, but he couldn’t resist this. It will push him to the limit,” said a source.

Set in Scandinavia, the show will test the mettle of two teams of celebrities as they compete to reach the North Cape in one of the most alien environments on the planet.
