How To Look Good Naked presenter, Gok Wan, has revealed that he makes any of his job applicants clean his flats before he decides whether or not to hire them.

“It’s a really good way of finding out about that person’s sense of style as well as picking up on other skills they might have,” Gok told Take It Easy magazine.

“You can teach people to sew, set up a fashion shoot, send emails, deal with the media, but what you can’t teach is a sense of style. You’ve either got it or you haven’t, it’s as simple as that.”

Gorgeous Gok also revealed that for a lot of his teenage years he drifted, with no idea of what he wanted to do with his life.

“I dropped out of my drama course at university after a year and just floated from rubbish job to rubbish job, with no self-esteem and no idea what I wanted to do,” he explained. “I thought I wanted to get into hair and make-up, which I did for a short time, and then I fell in with a stylist by chance and very soon fell in love with everything about the fashion industry.”
