ITV To Launch Soapstar Superchef
The word is that ITV are planning Soapstar Superstar spin off. The difference will be that instead of singing for their supper, the celebrities will have to cook it!
Soapstar Superchef will pit two teams of actors against each other in a cook-off against the clock.
And each team in the show — to be shown daily at 5pm from late spring — will have a professional chef.
An insider said: “Superstar is a strong brand so there’s no reason why it can’t be used for other things.�

How much longer can you go on subjecting the public to this reality TV crap ?
I cannot believe that some non entity sitting on there coffee break has commissioned the transmission of SOAP STAR SUPERCHEF….. Come on get a life!!! This will be yet another classic screaming waste of time as is ALL the other reality tripe you broadcast.
One wonders how far this has to go before someone finally says ENOUGH IS ENOUGH !!!
P.S. The ONE saving grace to all this is that the Fools who present the shows and those who take part in them at least reflect the total banality of the position they are in.

I have got to agree with Phil, what on earth is this drivel about?? Even the audience look like they are participating in some gruesome torture session. I assume the chairs are wired to the electricity supply and occassionally gives them a quick zap to make sure they stay awake, maybe they are physically attached to the chairs which would at least explain how they manage to keep an audience.
Please, please, please stop this inane tripe.
