Jade Goody Gets Married

Jade Goody and Jack Tweed - Wedding

Max Clifford told press today that Jade Goody and Jack Tweed have tied the knot.

The ceremony took place at Down Hall Country House Hotel in Hertfordshire just eight days after Jack proposed. The grounds were closely guarded and no pictures have yet emerged as Jade has signed a lucrative and exclusive magazine deal thought to be worth in the region of £1 million.

Clifford told press at the venue that Jade was able to stand for most of the 45-minute ceremony, but had to sit down for the last five minutes. He added that the married couple were “thrilled” they could spend what might be “their only night together”.

He said: “It started at 12.45pm so I suppose she kept him waiting for about 45 minutes, but that’s her prerogative I’m told.

“It was lovely. The chapel was absolutely beautiful and I imagine there must be close to 200 people there. When they came out having signed the register they got a standing ovation from everybody there.

“It was just a very heart-rending, happy ceremony with lots of tears and lots of smiles and lots of laughter.”

“It was just a very beautiful, very moving service. (The couple are) obviously very much in love, which the bishop commented on. They were very happy to be there and get married. I think it’s a huge relief that she was able to handle it the way she did, because obviously it’s been a worry to her.”

He added: “This is their one night together. It might be their only night together. They’ll be spending the night together here, compliments of Jack Straw. We’re very grateful to him for that. I know that both Jade and Jack are thrilled that they can spend the one night together. Then probably she’ll go home at some point tomorrow.”

  1. Hashim K T says:

It is too late now… I request all to read the following saying of Prophet Mohammad (Peace and Blessings of Allah be upon him):
The Prophet pbuh was giving an exhortation or advice to a man, so he said to him
“Take benefit from five before five: your life before your death, your health
before your illness, your spare time before you get busy, your youth before your
old age and your wealth before your times of poverty.”

  2. My heart goes out to Jade at this time in her life. My wife died from cervical cancer over 20 years ago, so I know how both Jack and Jade herself feel. I would like to offer my services as a spiritual healer to try and help her manage the pain. I don’t claim to be able to cure her but I know from experiences that very often healing does help.
Please take care Jade and remember to always be honest to yourself, then you will be honest with your family.
    love and best wishes. Frank
