Jade Goody’s Gran has hit out at Michael Parkinson after he called Jade a wretched role model.

Caddock, 76, reportedly told the Daily Star: “I’d love to give him a piece of my mind. I would love to wring his neck.

“If I could see him face to face I would love to give him a right mouthful and a wallop. But I know that everyone else is behind her so it doesn’t matter what one man thinks.

“How can he say Jade has got nothing to be proud of? She was so brave and she highlighted the dangers of cervical cancer to young women.”

She added: “To be honest, I don’t think he has got anything to be proud of. I’ve always found him a bit irritating.”
