Actress Jayne Seymour has revealed that the training and first performance on American TV show, Dancing With Stars has left her absolutely “exhausted.”

She said: “I’m exhausted. I’ve been dancing all day and I’m going to be dancing all day tomorrow. It’s an amazing ride, it really is, but it’s so much fun and so exciting.”

The 56 year old star of Dr Quinn: Medicine Woman revealed that she has very little memory of her first performance on the show:

“I was terrified when I went out there and I worked really hard on it. I don’t remember a single moment of dancing there, I just remember suddenly it was over and somebody told me the judges had said something positive and I didn’t even remember that!”
